The Pamela J. Young Lippert Soccer Festival

Thank you for visiting the blogpage! This event means so much to so many of us who had the pleasure of knowing Pam and having her in our lives. She was a very special person with a beautiful heart and spirit. The '80-81 Torpedoes, along with all of Pam's past teammates wanted to do something to show Pam's family and her son, Cameron, how much Pam meant to us. We hope to see everyone on June 7th as we honor and remember our #4 with this special event!

Please feel free to leave your comments, thoughts, and memories about Pam and this event! We encourage you to share any of these special moments. If you have a special story or pictures to share, please email us at playing4pam@gmail.com

June 7th- What an Amazing Day!

From the bottom of our hearts, we just want to say thank you to the Girls Torpedoes teams that played in the blistering sun to honor Pam and for the amazing donations given by each team that they raised on their own in behalf of Pam and for her son.

We could never have imagined you would have tackled the task of raising money with such devotion to a member of this club. To your team, your coaches, and your parents: thank you.

To the countless people who attended the event to show their support to our team, the Torpedoes Organization, Ramapo HS, and especially- the Young and Lippert Family: thank you. It was a hot day- but seeing baby Cameron's smiling face and hearing his laughter made it so clear why we were all there and what this event was really about: Pam.

Lastly, we cannot even begin to express our gratitude for the donations that were sent in, that were given at the event, and those that continue to still add up everyday.

We are overjoyed at the success of this event and we know Pam was smiling down on us that day and will continue to do so for all the days ahead.

Thank you so much.

Torpedoes Days

Here are some pictures from the Torpedoes Days! These are some of the greatest memories we all share of our childhood and fun days that will never be forgotten. Pam was our stopper and led our team to many victories.
